At Norths Clearance, we stand behind what we sell. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if the product was not delivered within 24 hours and our support team has not responded, if the access credentials provided do not work and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, or if the product received is materially different from what was described on the product page.
No Refunds in These Cases
Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after access has been delivered, if you have already used or downloaded the product, or if the issue is caused by your own device, software, or account settings.
How to Request a Refund
Email northsclearance@proton.me with your order number and a brief description of the issue. You can also contact us on WhatsApp at +1 (227) 2121119. We respond to all requests within 24 hours and aim to resolve every case within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide full transaction evidence to your bank and dispute the claim. Please reach out to us directly before escalating to your payment provider.
